2016年8月19日，时隔一年，广东省通信产业服务有限公司再次盛邀梁伟权老师培训课程。继上次培训劳动合同法课程后，客户对梁老师颇为赞赏，因此又再邀请梁老师为其培训“部门经理必备的劳动法律常识与风险防范策略”。

在日常的员工管理中，部门经理才是与员工发生最多接触的，往往是劳动争议的第一道关卡，这从客观上就要求部门经理要掌握一些基本的劳动法律法规常识，配合人力资源部有效预防劳动用工法律风险，促进企业稳定和谐发展。

在课堂上，梁老师用许多生动实际的案例，同时分享了以客户所在地点广东、广州等地的劳动仲裁审判倾向，教导部门经理如何有效收集证据和化解不必要的劳动争议。
