15岁觉得游泳难，放弃游泳，到18岁遇到一个你喜欢的人约你去游泳，你只好说“我不会啊”。18岁觉得英文难，放弃英文，28岁出现一个很棒但要会英文的工作，你只好说“我不会啊”。人生前期越嫌麻烦，越懒得学，后来就越可能错过让你动心的人和事，错过新风景。

　　遇到比你有钱的人，请不要自动地卑躬屈膝，除非他愿意把他的钱给你。而通常有钱人并不会把钱送给随便就对他们卑躬屈膝的人，所以，何必呢？

　　很多杰出的人，很早就停止上学了（自己选择，或想上但没得上），但这些人可没停止学习，他们去更广阔的社会学校，向更厉害的人学习。你若有这种胆识，也尽可如此。但请不要误以为这些人是因为早早停止上学而变杰出的，这就好像以为拿破仑是因为个子矮才杰出的一样。

　　我常常被问：“人生有什么意义？”我大都这样回答：“人生有滋味，意义就无所谓了吧。”酸甜苦辣，都是人生的滋味，尝一尝，挣扎一番，挺有意思的。也许有人反问：“如果我的人生全无滋味呢？”如果全无滋味，“意义”应该也补救不了什么吧？
